Meet Bear and Bella. The link between mental health and the healing power of our furry loved ones has long been documented and Michele would readily add her own story to the positive pile. Kittens Bear (the fluffy one) and his sister Bella were born from a rescued feral cat.  The loss of her beloved cat Toby triggered a downward spiral for Michelle and her husband immediately recognised her health was better with added purr. It’s very much a circle of love and care as Michele helps these two feline characters navigate their own worries. Bear with separation anxiety and Bella fearful and shy. Together, with love, trust and patience these three are making their way, side by side out of the shadows and into happier times.
