How to Use (Ages 2+)

• Shake gently before each use.
• Spray into the air around the room — into corners, closets, and even under the bed to refresh the space and help chase away nighttime worries. (Do not spray directly onto your child’s face or skin.)
• Lightly mist pillows or blankets from 6–8 inches away. One or two sprays is plenty.
• Take three slow breaths together, then hop into bed feeling brave, calm, and cozy.
