Balsamic onion jam, stir into a gravy to add a rich flavour, great in sandwiches and of course with cheese.

Ingredients: Sauteed onions (onion, virgin olive oil,) sugar, Blackberry & Thyme infused Balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, grape must (contains sulphites), blackberries, thyme), spirit vinegar, redcurrant juice concentrate, salt, gelling agent (pectin).
